Toddco Builders, Inc. is a general contracting firm licensed in North Carolina since 2001
and in Georgia since 2020. Reginald R. Todd is the founder and president of Toddco
Builders, Inc. This company was founded on commitment and hard work with a goal of
being the leader in the Carolinas in new custom home building and renovations. The
company started as a minority contractor for the Charlotte Housing Authority. This
partnership led to other opportunities and was valuable to the development of the
companies business model. Today, Toddco Builders not only work in the residential
space but also the commercial arena as well. The company has built a daycare,
convenient store renovations, and most recently, a restaurant upfit at Charlotte
Premium Outlets, where Sbarro’s and Nathan Hotdogs were added to their food court.

Leadership Spotlight: Our Project Manager
Eric Lorde
Eric Lorde is a motivated, personable business professional with more than 10 years experience as a project manager in the field of commercial and residential construction. He has extensive experience in management consulting, organizational change, schedule creation as well as risk management, project planning and contractual communication. Duties consist of but not limited to, assist GC in planning and overseeing project from start to finish, seeking contractors and receiving quotes for the several trades, communicating clients specific need and making sure contractors see their vision.

The founder, Reginald R. Todd, is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. Todd's first job out of college was as a Business Analyst with a wholesale bagel manufacturer in Charlotte, NC. After spending four years in this position, Todd took a position with a large home healthcare agency (Hospice & Palliative Care CharlotteRegion) as Director of Materials Management. In this role Todd was a supervisor of two employees and was a part of the organization's leadership team. After spending 10 years with this organization, Todd has transitioned to operating Toddco Builders, Inc full time since 2015.Over the past 9 years Toddco Builders has completed over 125 projects. Toddco will continue to pursue its commitment to high quality building practices as it looks to be a leader in residential construction throughout the SouthEast.
