The mission of Toddco Builders, Inc. is to provide our customers with the highest quality newly constructed and remodeled residential homes through using our experience and expertise in every phase of the construction process.
Statement of Purpose
Toddco Builders, Inc. is a residential and commercial builder specializing in custom built and remodeled homes in North and South Carolina. Our commitment to quality and passion for building guides us in every home we build. We pay attention to the minutest details that ultimately results in top quality home construction.
Company Bio
Toddco Builders, Inc. was formed in 2003. Reggie and his father, Alex, formed a partnership to go after their passion to build custom dream homes.
This passion started in 1993 when Alex set out to build the family’s first custom home. At the time, Alex lacked the experience needed but the desire,
determination and the willingness to learn proved to be more than enough to make their dream a reality. After 12 months of doing much of the work
themselves, the family moved into their 2,500 sqare foot custom home in Columbia, South Carolina.
A wealth of knowledge was acquired by completing
all of the different phases in this home building process. The incredible satisfaction of turning a blueprint into a beautiful custom home is what
continues to drive and motivate them today. The family still owns the Columbia home today; it remains a source of incredible sentimental value and
will probably be in the family’s possession forever. This is a true testament to what can be accomplished with hard work, passion, persistence and strong
values combined with excellent craftmanship and a little perseverance. That same passion goes into every custom home Toddco builds today.
